Is the right to happiness a human right?

Even if I am going to Seremban, I am filled with the same dread the PMS people feel... Which uni will I get? Will I have friends there? Will things be okay? I hope I don't get that uni that I listed 12 now... I should have put another uni there, I just know it...

Which uni will he get? Will he have friends there? Will things be okay? Wish that he could get what he wants - wish on a star, a prayer... hey, wish on all the lucky charms I can think of... but... the fulfilment of the wish demands that he'll go away...

Like in XXXHolic... the price of a wish will be what you value most.
