So there was this little girl in the Eye Ward who had a limbal dermoid cyst and a subsequent post surgical cataract. She's 7, and only has perception of light (really really really bad vision in which you can only see light) in her right eye.

While we were examining her in the dark room she got really uncooperative - being examined by 7 medical students (who are really really really bad at fundoscopy and opthalmic examination in general) would do that to anybody. After all that was done, she went to the slit lamp for examination.

She kept looking at my notebook, so I looked at what she was looking at. Was my drawing of Tifa AC, which is the very first drawing I've done in pen.

Gave it to her. For being such a nice girl. Maybe one day she'll remember the medical student who couldn't draw hands to save her life.

Ja ne~
