So, every wednesday in Paeds we have a CME. HOs take turns to present on a variety of topics as picked by the specialists and MOs.

Last Wednesday will forever be remembered as a legend in Paeds CME history. Topic of the day: Pallor in a child.

Presenter's ID will be kept a secret to protect his future career, should he still have one when this is done.

Tip no.1 for CME slides : Never, EVER, use sites like wrongdiagnosis.com as a 'credible source'.

Tip no.2 for CME slides : Never, EVER put something on a slide you cannot explain to your colleagues.

Tip no.3 for CME slides : Never, EVER copy paste content meant for an adult patient in a presentation about PAEDS.

Long story short...

Apparently a loss of libido is a symptom of anemia in children.

I've never seen a specialist laugh so hard. Correction, 3 specialists...
